ANDTEK’s IP communications solutions make day-to-day work easier
Customer states that using the UC solutions from ANDTEK GmbH companies saves time, money, and achieves higher network efficiency.
Munich/Hallbergmoos, September 16, 2011 – Customer states that using the UC solutions from ANDTEK GmbH companies saves time, money, and achieves higher network efficiency.
WEKA-Verlagsgruppe, a publishing group based in Kissing, Germany, uses a combination of software products from ANDTEK including AND Desktop AC and AND Desktop CTI
"The manager/assistant functions of ANDTEK Desktop AC are used each day to support our business. Our assistants have a real-time overview of the status of all our lines,” said Christian Fendt, Network Administrator for WEKA Service GmbH, who manages the ANDTEK software for WEKA. “We are able to process calls faster and more efficiently,” explained Fendt, “This has allowed us to clearly improve customer satisfaction and increase profits.”
WEKA’s telephony services are controlled via PCs in combination with IP telephones and use the AND Desktop CIT workplace software. “It is extremely easy to answer and forward calls in a user-optimized way with just one mouse click,” said Fendt.
Complicated key combinations and unwieldy consoles are a thing of the past now that they’re using ANDTEK’s software solutions.
Attendants can see all contacts within the corporate directory instantly on their monitors and directly forward calls to the appropriate person.
Additionally, the attendants at WEKA can display a complete call history to see which calls have been answered or missed.
The ANDTEK software supports an unlimited number of queues per attendant so that even the most complex environments can be easily managed. Using this queuing capability allows any number of customized implementations and functions such as Call Park and automatic fallback to ensure unanswered calls are returned to the attendant for resolution.
“Using ANDTEK’s IP communications solutions makes everyday work easier and more efficient,” stated Fendt.
