As attendant console the Unified Department Attendant Console (UDAC) is an operator attendant console designed for up to 2 operator clients and up to 150 Cisco Unified IP Phones. The application allows call handling and dispatching incoming calls.

Offering attendant console service for our customers gives them a migration path by delivering the same layout with added functionality. The highly scalable AND Desktop AC (Attendant Console) scales up to 1000 attendant operators per server and enable presence information for the whole Unified Communications environment.



The AND Desktop Attendant Console (AC) offers the full feature set for attendant console services without any restrictions. A large set of features is delivered with the attendant console, including:
